Easy Strolling with Valco Baby Canada Snap Ultra Duo – a Review

October 20, 2016 Motherhood

We recently have been strolling around in style in our new Valco Baby Canada Snap Ultra Duo. And it made my life SO MUCH easier.img_8590 img_8588 img_8578 img_8577 img_8718img_8722 img_8668 img_8666 img_8655 img_8603 img_8601 img_8597 img_8591 img_9794 img_9833 img_9844

I have long been dreaming of a side by side stroller. The needs of your kids grow and change along with the kids themselves and we have been SO OVERDUE for this change.

I was looking for a stroller that would give Ava the freedom to crawl in and out of really easily as she’s got ants in her pants and changes her mind about things way too often. Since she is REALLY tall I was looking for a tall seat to accommodate her. My kids are also getting to an age where they aren’t so keen on sharing and want to have the same things as each other; same toys, same food, the same stroller seat haha.

And then ENTER Valco baby.

It was a breeze to set up. I did it by myself, with my two munchkins running around.

We have taken the stroller everywhere. The pumpkin patch (yes, yes we did go twice hehe), grocery shopping, the mall, down the street, out in the field behind our house, and so far it’s been WONDERFUL.

My most favourite part is that the seats have FULL recline and are also reversible. My kids love versatility so when they get bored going forward, CLICK, FLIP, and BAM they are going backwards. A giant canopy and LOTS of mesh for a nice summer breeze.

Another big bonus is a GINORMOUS basket at the bottom, I can put my groceries in there!

The seats are nice and roomy (although slightly narrower than the other Valco Baby Canada models due, to being reversible). I can fit in the seat myself, so it’s much larger than other strollers. Also, as I’ve mentioned before, my 2 year old is VERY tall for her age, so we needed a stroller to accommodate for her height and the seats are plenty tall for her with some room for her to grow.

As I’ve mentioned we took the stroller out into a field and the wheels have passed the off road test. I love how I can take the curbs straight on instead of going backwards into them, as with my in-line stroller.

As a person who’s now owned 4 strollers, I have to say being out with 2 has never been any easier.

Valco Baby Canada has so many models to choose from, you will definitely find a stroller to fit your needs, they have even come up with an attachment to accommodate for 3 babies, cool eh!!

I’ve been thinking about getting rid of my current stroller and investing in a 2 seater since I’m expecting our second child. My daughter is 18 months but will be almost 2 when our son is born. I haven’t decided between a side-by-side stroller or a stroller that has both seats aligned in front of each other. Not sure what is best. It might be easier to get the kiddos in and out with the side-by-side. Ugh. Decisions, decisions… Thanks for sharing this!

Karina!! I had both the side by side and the inline!! Yes you will find that side by side is much more accessible and it’s easier for the oldest to come and go as they please. But I really enjoyed my inline as well it’s more versatile if you want to have only 1 seat sometimes !!
