Few years back I went to visit my husband’s cousin on the Sunshine Coast and she made these FINGER LICKING stuffed mushroom caps. And ever since then I have not been able to get these bad boys out of my head.

I love mushrooms and my husband does NOT, so I rarely make dishes that involve them let alone a dish that is ONLY mushrooms.

But since he is out of town most of the time lately and my mom took Ava for the weekend, I decided to treat myself to this “delicatessen”.

And they were every little bit as good as I remember… AND so easy and fast to whip up.

These would make the absolute best appy for a gathering so these bad boys will be making lots of appearances, sorry hubby šŸ˜›

I am so so so excited to share this delicious goodness with you, I promise you will be wishing you made MORE.
